- Residential pier with boat lifts.

Bristol Harbor Boardwalk Extension
- Installed new timber boardwalk along the existing seawall in Rockwell Park, supported on 27 new timber piles driven via vibratory hammer.
- Completed repairs and improvements to the existing stone masonry walls and approach walkways.
- Completed repointing of the deteriorated masonry walls, installed concrete footings and a reinforced concrete walkway, and a clam shell path connecting the timber boardwalk to a new concrete walkway.

Davis Marine Park Bulkhead Repair and Site Improvements
- Installed new vinyl-sheet piling directly behind the existing timber bulkhead.
- Removed existing timber sheeting and piles.
- Removed and replaced tie-backs, timber wale beams, and associated hardware.
- Installed drainage channel and new electrical conduits.
- Performed surface restoration improvements including boardwalk, paving, and landscaping.

Edgewater Drive Seawall Repairs
- Restored 2,350 feet of seawall and revetment along Edgewater Drive in Quincy, MA.
- Replaced 450 feet of precast seawall units.
- Stabilized approximately 500 feet of existing precast units with a new concrete foundation.
- Performed void grouting and repointing repairs along the existing granite walls.
- Placed new armor stone.
- Repaired concrete stairs and constructed new timber stairs.
- Replaced a 48” diameter outfall pipe supported by helical anchors.
- Performed ancillary work on new sidewalks, benches, bike racks, and landscaping.

Structural Rehabilitation of Commonwealth, Fish, and Hoosac Piers
- Performed structural repairs on two piers in South Boston (Fish & Commonwealth Piers) and one pier in Charlestown (Hoosac Pier).
- Improvements at Fish Pier included the demolition and replacement of various sections of concrete slab, placement of geotextile fabric and gravel to fill voided subsurface areas, installation of two new seaside ladder assemblies, and various crack and spall repairs around the pier.
- Hoosac Pier work consisted of full replacement of 246 LF of concrete cap along the sheetpile bulkhead (including 32 LF of partial replacement areas), partial demolition and installation of 18 new piles jackets, and the addition of a reinforced concrete cap beam to lock in the battered piles.
- Work at Commonwealth Pier included full-depth replacement of the concrete apron suspended over steel I-beams, partial depth concrete apron replacement, and the demolition and replacement of five steel expansion joints.

Wild Harbor Bulkhead Repairs
- Performed partial demolition of the existing timber bulkhead.
- Installed new coated steel sheetpile bulkhead with reinforced concrete cap.
- Installed new ladders and cleats.
- Replaced pipe outfalls with adapters and check valves.
- Paved and resurfaced the existing gravel parking lots.
